BioPepz ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it. We use your information only to process and dispatch your order, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing. We share information with our payment processor, our courier for delivery, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention. Order records are retained for as long as required by UK tax and consumer law. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data by emailing biopepz.uk@gmail.com.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (research-use laboratory reference materials) we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at biopepz.uk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will review each case and, where appropriate, replace the affected item.

Non-delivery. If tracking shows your parcel has not moved for more than 10 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

By placing an order with BioPepz you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution.

Products. All products are sold as in-vitro laboratory reference materials only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, food, drug, cosmetic, or diagnostic use.

Pricing. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Acceptance. An order is accepted only once payment has cleared and you have received an order confirmation.

Liability. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for handling, storage, use, and regulatory compliance. BioPepz accepts no liability for misuse.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 5–8 working days within the UK once dispatched. International delivery times vary.

Tracking. A tracking reference is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.

Address accuracy. Please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
