Shipping and Returns Policy

  • DISPATCH: All orders are dispatched within 48 hours using discreet, unbranded plain packaging via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
  • SHIPPING RATES: Delivery fees are calculated live at checkout based on destination.
  • NO RETURNS / ALL SALES FINAL: Due to the sensitive chemical and laboratory nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a shipment leaves our facility, the chain of custody is broken, and it cannot be restocked. All sales are final.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item arrives damaged or broken in transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic proof to arrange a replacement.
